Shipping Policy

• Please read our shipping policy thoroughly before ordering. MHC only ships on business days which excludes weekends. If you order on a Tuesday, your order should be processed by Friday, but may not ship until Monday. Order at least two weeks prior to any event or special occasion to ensure delivery. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you need to cancel or change your order, you have 24 hours after the initial order. Please be sure you are entering the correct information (address, email, phone number, etc) at checkout. All packages will be shipped by DHL or FEDEX and will require a signature at delivery. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be and the order is final. You will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout. Mayani Hair Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If there is an issue you must contact your local post office. 
• Please order AT LEAST 2-3 weeks in advance if needed for any special event or occasion. Although there is estimated shipping times, delays can happen. Mayani Hair Company is not responsible for any delays or if hair is not delivered by your desired date. It is the customer's responsibility to order ahead of time. All sales are FINAL, no exceptions, so make sure you are ordering in advance. 

PREORDERING:

If you order through the website, the money takes 2-4 days to get to me, depending on your payment method, before I can place your order. Shop Pay Installments take the longest to process. To skip these processing days, please text your order and check out using Apple Pay, Cashapp, or Zelle. After receiving your payment, the order will be placed. If you need hair the same day text or message MHC on Instagram for hair on hand. 

WIGS: After receiving payment, MHC will place your order. Wigs take 2-3 days to process in the warehouse after your order is placed. After processing, you should receive the order within 5-10 business days. If you need your hair for a specific occasion, it is recommended to order 2-3 weeks in advance. 

BUNDLES: After receiving payment, MHC will place the order. Bundles process and ship out within 24-48 hours after ordering. Once shipped, allow 3-5 business days to receive the hair. 

Hair on hand can always be shipped! Shipping is normally 2-3 days depending on location. Overnight shipping is available only for hair on hand. MHC does not cover these costs.
