Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping
Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. In-stock items can be shipped the same day if your order is placed before 2 PM; orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. All in-stock items will be shipped via USPS. For items that are not currently in stock (preorders), processing will take 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped using FedEx or DHL. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Same-Day Pickup and Drop-Off
Same-day pickup is available for local customers. Drop-offs start at $10 and vary depending on location. Please contact us for specific rates.
